PPIAF

Engaging with all stakeholders is a critical part of infrastructure reform. PPIAF supports governments’ efforts to consult with stakeholders as part of all initiatives to help design sector reforms. The aim is to help governments increase transparency as they explore opportunities for public-private partnerships. Upstream stand-alone activities for stakeholder engagement and outreach and communication account for about 4 percent of PPIAF’s portfolio.
